The following are typical questions that we seem to get, hopefully this will give you what you need to know to get off any paint from your car.

? - Will GET OFF CLEAN take any type of paint off?

A – No, it works on water borne paint only. Waterborne means that the basis of the product is water, similar to Latex paint. It will take latex paint off also. Some cities and states use epoxy or resin type paints especially on cross walks and where there is words or symbols painted on the pavement, GET OFF CLEAN will not work on those types of paints.

? - Will GET OFF CLEAN damage my glass or mirrors?

A –Absolutely not, this product is safer than window cleaner with Ammonia. Contrary to what our competitors products says, you want to make sure you DO NOT RUB the road paint as it contains glass and can scratch your paint surface. ? - Does it matter how long the paint has been on the vehicle surface?

A - Yes, somewhat, if it has been more than a few months then it will come off harder, just be ready to spray it on a few extra times.

? - Why can’t I buy it at the auto parts store or Wal-Mart.

A – GET OFF CLEAN is a new product; before we can expect the chain stores to carry our product we have to be able to advertise it and this is very expensive. Maybe in a few years you will see it on store shelves.

? - Can I go to my body shop and get them to remove the paint with GET OFF CLEAN?

A – Sure, you will have to ask them to buy it or you take it to them, most like they will try to rub it off with rubbing compound or a solvent. Not a good idea with waterborne paint with glass in it.
